Power Flow Yoga
We offer 60 minute fitness-minded power flow yoga classes where we work every muscle of your body to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. Our classes are taught with modifications for both beginners and advanced yogis. For class bring a water bottle, towel, yoga mat and wear fitted athletic clothes that wick away moisture.
Classes are currently held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Check our schedule below to book your next yoga class!
