Restorative yoga is a gentle passive practice, supported by props and bolsters-perfect for those looking to wind down. For class, bring a towel and wear layers.
Morning classes: Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00am - 11:00am
Evening Classes: Monday through Friday, 7:00pm - 8:00pm
WEEKEND CLASSES: SATURDAY, 10:00am - 11:00am
Sunday ,10:00am-11:0am and 5:00pm - 6:00pm (Restorative Yoga)
